About my work and this group

My work applies to every aspect of the exploration of consciousness, and the formula for it is simple: Any separation between our sensory experience, the absolute (Stillness), and the experiencer itself can be used as a point of investigation into deeper and deeper revelations of unity into singularity.

From this simple formula arises all the secrets: The nature of suffering, the nature of reality, the nature of perception, the nature of compassion, the nature of health, the nature of materiality, the nature of ecstasy, the nature of consciousness, the nature of you, the nature of the source of you.

How these secrets flesh out into the reality of your daily interactions, relationships, purpose, how you show up in the world, your health, your identity - is the palate and canvas for the art of living as a pure expression of our unique beingness.

This group is an incubator for the immersion into the nature of the Self from a deeply feminine way of navigating and nurturing the essence of what you are. The path of exploration is the natural unfolding that acceptance, allowance and surrender cultivates. It leads to a fluid, direct, somatic unfolding, enfolding, and refinement of the uniqueness of each being as fundamental to the whole.

Inquiry is used as a tool for the perpetuation and illumination of that fluidity. The willingness to be something/someone completely new and unknown greases the ever turning wheels of the play of consciousness.
